Pineapple and Orange Shaker Card for Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine

Good Morning To You All!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the Free
Bonus Papers in the current issue (166) of Quick Cards Made Easy. I was lucky enough to be chose to work with these papers a few months back and I made a few cards with them. This is my second card . . .

I cut out the various squares for the background. The die cut a circle and added die cut decorative circles. I fussy cut a bunch of oranges, pineapples, punched a few blue dots and added some sequins to make up the window shaker part. I finished by cutting out a greeting, making a topper with punched shapes and added a white gel pen stitiched border.

Here is my card professionally photographed :) Thank you Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine!

Lemon Shortbread DT Card using Electric Guitar Girl - Challenge #44

Good Morning and Welcome Back!
Today I am sharing my Design Team card for Lemon Shortbread's new blog challenge #44.

For this Challenge I have used the really cute Electric Guitar Girl digi stamp. This stamp is so beautiful and I fhad so much fun creating the background for this card.

I love purple and thought this girl would be awesome with purple hair! I used Promarkers to colour the girl and the background is made from papers from B and M, the dies I used are Sizzix "Mixed Media 2 by Tim Holtz" Thinlits Die Set  and Xcut "Star Flourish" Dies.
The greeting is from a For the Love of Stamps by Hunkydory set called Rock n Roll Jukebox.

Thanks for looking!

I have entered my card in the following challenges:

Good Morning and shhhhh, I didn't say the "C" word!

But as we all know any sensible crafter starts their Christmas makes in June (I promise it's a big thing in the crafting world - non crafting friends!) So I thought I would share a DT card I made for Little Claire Designs using the super cute Polar Hugs. I have used non-traditional colours for this card if that helps :)

For this card I used one of the mini white card blanks (3.5" square so very mini) and made my own background. For this I used a stencil by The Crafters Workshop called

Thanks for looking and the next Little Claire show is on 7th July on Hochanda!

Decadent Blooms Distress Oxide, WOW Embossing Powder Card using my give away prize from Craft Stash

Good Morning!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the Decadent Blooms stamp set from Craft Stash. I was lucky to be chosen as a #mondaymadness give away winner and recieved the beautifl stamp and embossing folder set pictured below.

I love this set, such beautiful stamps! So I decided to create a simple coloured background using Tim Holtz Distress Oxides in Broken China, Wilted Violet and Cracked Pistachio. I then stamped the design in clear versamark ink and heat embossed in stunning Ebony WOW! Embossing Powder. I added think wavy lines using an embossing pen and finished by added a few sequins. Thank you Craft Stash for this lovely prize :)
